Statement-making shoulder epaulettes with tassels, bead fringe, and braid trim create a strong-shouldered power silhouette supplemented with light padding. Draped and gathered hip is trimmed with more tassels, beads, and braid, strategically placed for a flattering fit reminiscent of a film noir vixen. Back zipper with three covered shank buttons and a lined skirt. We would wear with a patent pointed stiletto heel, tassel earrings, and a deep red lip. Deep pine green, black.
